About the Clien t: We are a new, asset-first investment platform focused on capital protection and structured asset allocation. Through our proprietary Bucket Model, stable assets create a protective base, from which capital is strategically deployed into operating businesses and entrepreneurial ventures. Our goal is to prioritize disciplined asset structuring and sustainable long-term value creation. Role Overview: As the CEO, you will play a key role in shaping the companys growth from the ground up. Youll lead day-to-day operations, execute the companys strategy in close partnership with the Founder, and build a high-performance sales-driven organization. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with the leadership team to define the companys vision, structure, and future growth. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring consistent execution and performance. Translate the Founders vision into operational plans and measurable goals. Actively participate in investor and client meetings. Help structure and scale deal-making processes. Collaborate with the Founder on KPIs, strategy, and growth initiatives. Approve and participate in hiring decisions for future roles. Represent the company in networking events, meetings, and partnerships. Required Profile: Proven leadership and people-management experience. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Comfort working with sales teams and incentive-driven environments. High level of integrity, loyalty, and emotional intelligence. Open-minded and able to learn non-traditional financial concepts. Nice to Have: Exposure to finance, investments, or real estate. Experience dealing with high-net-worth individuals. Background in startups, entrepreneurship, or growth-stage businesses. Work Style: Process-driven. Collaborative. Hands-on, especially in the early stages. Comfortable with ambiguity and building from scratch. Salary and Benefits: $100,000 annually Participation in an annual bonus pool tied to company performance.
