Job Title: Senior Operations Officer / Senior Operations Specialist Location: Doha, Qatar Employment Type: Permanent (Direct Recruitment) Industry: Textile Manufacturing Language Requirement: English NOC: Required Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Officer/Specialist to oversee day-to-day operations within a textile manufacturing environment. The role focuses on driving production efficiency, maintaining quality standards, controlling operational costs, and ensuring timely fulfillment of customer orders. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily textile manufacturing operations to ensure smooth and efficient production Monitor production planning, workflow, and capacity utilization Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies Coordinate with production, quality, maintenance, procurement, and logistics teams Monitor operational costs and implement cost-control initiatives Identify operational bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives Ensure timely order execution and on-time delivery commitments Track KPIs related to productivity, quality, and efficiency Prepare operational reports and present performance updates to management Support management in strategic operational planning and execution Qualifications & Experience Graduate degree (mandatory) Minimum 8+ years of experience in operations or production management Strong exposure to textile manufacturing industry Proven experience in managing end-to-end manufacturing operations Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of textile manufacturing processes Excellent operational planning and execution skills Strong leadership and team coordination abilities Good analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication skills in English Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines
