French Customer Service Representative – Consumer Electronics (Remote – Greece)

Location: Remote, Greece Salary: €1,045.72/month (gross) Bonus: Up to €150/month performance-based Interview Deadline: 2026-01-28 Training Date: 2026-02-06 (11 full working days, fully paid) Schedule: Monday–Sunday, 09:00–21:00 (rotational shifts) Relocation Support (choose one): All expenses covered – flight, hotel, and real estate agency fee €250 relocation allowance + real estate agency fee (for independent relocation) Key Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy. Assist customers with product-related issues, troubleshooting, and warranty claims. Offer accurate and clear product and service information to help customers make informed decisions. Resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring a positive experience. Collaborate with team members to escalate issues when needed, maintaining high service standards. Participate in training and feedback sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and service skills.
