About the position

Dev Project Coordinator: The IT Project Coordinator is responsible for participating in and overseeing project initiatives from inception, planning, execution, monitoring, through to completion, as well as ensuring ongoing support and continuous improvement. A team of dedicated professionals manages these projects, and as the business seeks to deliver effective solutions for internal and external stakeholders, it is the responsibility of the Programme Coordinator, n collaboration with their supervisor and colleagues, to drive the planning, implementation, testing, acceptance, management, and administration of these solutions with best practices in mind. Key Activities: Develop detailed project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and deliverables. Conduct project kick-off meetings to ensure all stakeholders are aligned on goals and expectations Develop and track project progress against milestones and deliverables. Prepare and present regular status reports to stakeholders, highlighting achievements, issues, and next steps. Develop KPIs for app development and other IT projects. Coordinate feature and user acceptance testing. Collaborate with fellow IT Department member to deliver and improve services. Meet regular deadlines for projects and monthly activities. Collaborate with internal and external parties to identify and solve needs. Participate in response to application issues and client requests, through and with IT personnel. Work directly with assigned supervisor or designate.
