Travel Consultant – Danish Speaker Location: Estonia (Hybrid / On-site) Start Date: 2 March 2026 Languages: Danish (C1/C2 or Native) + English (B2) Work Type: Full-time or Part-time (minimum 50% / 20h per week) Working Hours: Mon–Fri: 09:00–20:00 Sat–Sun: 10:00–19:00 365 days/year Bank holidays paid double Role Overview: As a Danish-speaking Travel Consultant, you will support customers with travel-related inquiries, bookings, and changes, ensuring a smooth and high-quality customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Assist customers via phone, email, or chat Handle bookings, changes, cancellations, and travel questions Provide accurate information and personalized support Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction Salary & Benefits: €1,900 gross/month Bonus up to €250/month Full-time or part-time flexibility Additional Notes: If relocating from abroad, candidates must confirm they do not require relocation support or will move independentlyPlace of work
