Key Responsibilities Support users with YouTube product inquiries Provide accurate and timely customer assistance Follow internal processes and quality guidelines Ensure positive user experience Requirements German fluency required Open to candidates with or without experience Salary & Benefits Base salary (no experience): €15,260 gross per year Signing bonus: €2,000 – €2,500 (depending on profile)Place of work
