OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE ROLE OPENING (US Based company) - 100% Remote Team in Pakistan Role Details Role Title : Operations Associate Department: : Operations Reporting To: Team Lead Years of Experience [Requirement] : ]: +3 years in operations, management Qualifications : Bachelors Business Management, BBA Preferred Candidates or Plus Points for a Candidate: Strong written and spoken American English Experience working with U.S. clients and accounting systems Ability to work flexible hours; Operations department functions 24/7 and all team members should be flexible to all shift timing which change quarterly, and our work shift hours are below : o 11 AM – 8 PM (PKT) o 6 PM – 3 AM (PKT) o 3 AM – 12 PM (PKT) Responsibilities Report to Team Lead – Operations department ; individual will make decisions guided by policies, procedures, and business plan: receive guidance and oversight from Team Leads Updating excel documents (templates provided) with passenger count details from rider sheets for multiple shuttle routes Fleet and Driver Management: Assign drivers and vehicles to scheduled trips, considering factors like driver availability, vehicle type, route efficiency, and service requirements. Input of repeat trips into dispatch system Input of driver availability into dispatch system Monitoring of scheduled routes via online portal to ensure on time performance Coordinating with Drivers to ensure on-time arrival to garage for scheduled pickups Implement and monitor quality control measures to guarantee the safe and efficient transportation of passengers Manage the input of driver availability into dispatch system and dispatching drivers on Saucon Adding shuttles and bookings on Coach Manager and tracking drivers and updating actuals on system Conduct one-hour prior calls and monitor real-time tracking Confirm client requirements and communicate updates Add shuttle assignments as needed Ensure driver confirmations and coordinate any last-minute adjustment Skills Requirements Technical Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) Ability to quickly learn and navigate dispatch software and GPS tracking systems. Proficient in tracking and scheduling software is a plus Ability to work responsibly and reporting in an orderly manner since work is completely remotely oriented Should have strong management, data entry and coordination skills This role is critical to maintaining operational efficiency, ensuring smooth transportation schedules, and proactively resolving issues to enhance service quality Interpersonal Skills Strong communication and organizational skills Verbal communication skills with spoken American English Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks Team player with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly We are an equal opportunity employer ; We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, or disability status Other Requirements Personal PC operating system to be used in probation period minimum requirements include Windows 11 and macOS 13 ; however, all employees should have personal laptop available at all times as a backup.
