Role Overview As a Customer Service Agent , you will support Slovenian-speaking customers across multiple communication channels, delivering professional service and ensuring an excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat Provide accurate and clear information about products and services Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction Follow internal policies, procedures, and quality standards Working Schedule Monday to Saturday: 09:00 – 23:00 Sunday: 10:00 – 19:00 Rotational shifts within these hours Salary and Benefits Gross monthly salary: €1,900 Full on-site training and ongoing support Modern office environment in Sofia Multilingual and international team Career growth and internal mobility opportunities Requirements Slovenian: fluent/native English: B2 level Excellent communication and customer-focused skills Ability to work on-site in Sofia Flexibility to work rotational shifts
