Sr. Technical Team Lead in Stone & Marble Works (Hotel/Casino Projects)

About the position

ASAP JOINING: We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Technical Team Lead who specializes in Stone and Marble Works for large-scale hotel and casino projects . The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing the technical design, detailing, and installation coordination of stone and marble works in luxury and high-end developments. This role requires strong leadership, deep material knowledge, and the ability to coordinate between design, procurement, and site teams to ensure the highest quality standards and precision in execution. Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise the technical team in developing detailed shop drawings, cutting lists, and installation details for stone and marble works. Review project drawings, specifications, and design intent to ensure accuracy and feasibility . Coordinate with architects, designers, and contractors for technical clarifications and approvals. Oversee the production and installation processes to ensure alignment with project quality and schedule. Manage material selection, finishing, and inspection of marble and stone works for aesthetic and structural integrity. Provide technical solutions to on-site challenges and ensure compliance with project standards. Prepare and monitor schedules, manpower allocation, and progress reports for management review. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field . Minimum 10 years of experience in stone and marble works , preferably in hotel, casino, or large-scale luxury projects . Proven experience in technical coordination, fabrication drawings, and site supervision . Strong knowledge of natural and engineered stones , installation methods, and quality control. Proficient in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and related technical software . Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills. Middle East experience is a strong advantage.
