Stone Technical Manager - Middle East Project

About the position

We are seeking a highly experienced Stone Technical Manager with strong expertise in stone materials, fabrication, drafting, cut sheets, and installation for large-scale projects . The ideal candidate must have overseas experience , preferably from a large stone company in Dubai or the Middle East , and possess a solid technical understanding of the entire stone project process from design coordination to installation. This is an urgent hiring candidates must be ready to join immediately. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all technical aspects of stone projects, including material selection, fabrication, drafting, and installation. Lead coordination between design, production, and installation teams. Review and approve detailed shop drawings and stone cut sheets . Ensure compliance with design intent, quality standards, and project specifications. Supervise the preparation of fabrication and installation drawings for large projects. Manage communication with clients, consultants, and contractors. Provide technical guidance and support to drafting and production teams. Ensure smooth workflow from material sourcing to site installation. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field . Minimum of 10 years of experience in the stone and marble industry , with at least 5 years of overseas experience (preferably in Dubai or other GCC countries ). Proven experience in large-scale hotel, commercial, or high-end residential projects. Strong technical skills in stone materials, fabrication, drafting, and installation. Deep knowledge of AutoCAD , shop drawing preparation, and stone cut sheets. Excellent coordination, leadership, and communication skills. Must be ready to join immediately.
