About the position

Responsibility: · Manage the full cycle of recruitment activities and candidate experience, primarily in Philippines. · Advertise open positions and source candidates using various platforms. · Drive recruitment innovation to attract top talent. · Coordinate with country managers or hiring managers to determine hiring needs. · Collaborate with country and department heads on talent development evaluations. Requirements: · A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any discipline. · At least 3 years of work experience. · Preferably experienced in recruitment and talent acquisition within the General & Administration Department/Non-tech roles. · Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases. · Hands-on approach with a vibrant and highly positive attitude. · Strong team player with excellent attention to detail. · Demonstrates emotional intelligence and assertiveness.
