Your Role as a Year 3 Teacher As our new Year 3 Teacher, you will: ✅ Plan and deliver engaging lessons that align with the KS2 curriculum and promote independent learning. ✅ Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all children feel supported and inspired. ✅ Develop students’ literacy, numeracy, and social skills using effective teaching strategies. ✅ Monitor and assess student progress, providing targeted support to help all children succeed. ✅ Foster a love of learning and curiosity about the world in your students. ✅ Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues to enhance each child’s educational journey. ✅ Collaborate with the KS2 team to share best practices and enhance teaching and learning across the year group. What We’re Looking For ✔ A qualified teacher with QTS (or equivalent). ✔ Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally in a Year 3 setting. ✔ A strong understanding of early childhood development and effective teaching strategies. ✔ A creative and engaging teaching style that excites and motivates young learners. ✔ Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a willingness to collaborate. ✔ A commitment to creating an inclusive and high-achieving learning environment.
