Role Overview You will be responsible for the daily preparation of ingredients, maintaining food storage systems, cleaning and sanitising workspaces, supporting demonstrations, and ensuring that all health, hygiene and safety standards are fully met. You will also assist with assessment preparation, practical exams, and student coursework.
