✍ Short Description:
The Copywriter is responsible for developing clear, persuasive, conversion-focused messaging that supports brand and sales communication across channels. This role collaborates directly with the CEO and marketing team to execute narrative frameworks, craft diverse content formats, and ensure consistency and alignment with strategic goals. The Copywriter plays a key role in shaping how complex ideas are articulated simply and compellingly to attract and convert audiences.

🌎 Location: 100% Remote (LATAM only)
🗣 Language Requirements: Advanced English (C1+)
⏰ Schedule: Full-time, aligned with EST

💼 Responsibilities:

• Execute direct response email strategies that drive engagement and conversion across audiences.
• Develop narrative frameworks that amplify key messages and align communication with strategic objectives.
• Craft inspiring and educational content across multiple formats including website copy, brand messaging, social ads, collateral, presentations, email, and SEO content.
• Simplify complex concepts into clear, persuasive messaging that supports brand identity and sales objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams and creative partners to ensure voice and language consistency and contribute to innovative ideas across channels.

💡 Qualifications:

• Proven experience in copywriting or related content creation roles with demonstrable writing skills.
• Knowledge of current online content strategy, trends, and persuasive communication techniques.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong command of English.
• Demonstrated creativity and ability to contribute to content across diverse formats and platforms.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables effectively.
