Sendify helps small and mid-sized businesses run smarter logistics without complexity. We are a 65-person high growth scaleup based in Gothenburg, serving SMEs across Europe, and we are evolving from a price-focused shipping tool into the leading logistics system.
That shift needs to be clearly understood by the market. And that’s where you come in.
We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our narrative, positioning, and commercial messaging. You will be the person who defines how we articulate what we do, who we are for, and why it matters. Internally, you will be the force that brings clarity. Externally, you will shape how customers, partners, and prospects perceive Sendify.
This is a role for a strategic doer. Someone who can build frameworks and at the same time will roll up their sleeves when needed to move the needle..
About the role
In this role, you will take full ownership of shaping and evolving our strategic narrative. You will lead and define our value proposition internationally. Your work will be grounded in real insights through interviews with customers and lost prospects, as well as structured data collection and surveys, you will dig deep and uncover the pain points and cost drivers shaping SME logistics today. From these insights, you will craft commercially sharp messaging that resonates within SME.
As a central cross functional player, you will operate as a true midfielder in the sense that you will make the entire team perform better together. You will collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Customer Support, and external agencies. Your task is to make sure every touchpoint, across all channels, tells the same clear, compelling story that reinforces our positioning in the market.

Establishing Sendify as a clear first-choice solution for the right SME segments, based on system value rather than price.
Building a strong, consistent, and market-leading positioning that holds over time and across markets.
Making narrative and positioning active decision inputs for product development, pricing, and go-to-market strategy.
Reducing friction in the sales process through clarity around target customers, use cases, and differentiation.
Creating a shared internal language that makes the organization faster, more focused, and more scalable.
You
Several years in Product Marketing, Strategic Content or Marketing Strategy (B2B SaaS context)
You have conducted deep customer interviews and turned insights into commercial messaging
Comfortable working end-to-end: research, strategy, execution
AI-native: You use tools to scale output, not to replace your thinking
You thrive on autonomy, love turning ambiguity into clarity and ideas into practical systems
You’re motivated by the scale of your impact rather than the size of the team you manage
English is our lingua franca. As we operate in Sweden and Germany, fluency in either Swedish or German is a strong advantage
If you also have experience in logistics, supply chain, or operational SaaS it is great, but not demanded for this role.
