About the position
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead SEA accounting manager to work with Business Centers, Regional Business Finance, Business and other related parties on day-to-day accounting matters, including:
- Lead month-end closing process and drive on-time and quality closure
- Review account reconciliation and sign off financial statement
- Maintain local accounting policies, procedures, standards, and templates, and provide technical accounting support where needed
- Ensure E2E control effectiveness and keep enhancing control environment in China
- Drive Continuous Improvement of E2E process with Business Impact
- Support Business project from financial and accounting prospective
What we look for
- 8 12 years in complex finance/controlling roles in US or other foreign company or in an accounting firm
- Audit and controlling background preferred
- Experience of leadership role in shared service center is preferred
- Business level English is mandatory
- Advanced Excel skill and Power Point
- MS-Office, ERPs (SAP, iScala, Oracle), HFM preferred
- Leadership and project management experience required
- Team player with good communication skills across all levels of the organization
- University degree in business administration or adequate professional experience focusing on Finance/ Accounting
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent required
