Role Overview:
As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll connect with clients across multiple channels—phone, chat, email, and social media—to resolve account, technical, and financial inquiries. Your contributions will drive customer satisfaction and shape process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding support through phone, live chat, email, and social media
- Assist with account setup, verification, login issues, financial queries, and technical challenges
- Act as a reliable advisor, especially to clients in the sports industry
- Address customer questions, concerns, and feedback promptly
- Build strong customer relationships through effective communication
- Ensure high service standards aligned with company policies
- Recommend enhancements for processes and services
Requirements:
- Fluent in German (C2 level)
- Fluent in English (B2 level)
- EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
- 0-1 year experience in customer support
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow
