Role Overview:
As a Content Moderator, you’ll evaluate user-generated content to ensure it aligns with platform policies. Your mission will be to maintain high standards for content, address user concerns, and collaborate with your team to promote a secure and positive online community. You’ll also stay updated on emerging trends to enhance moderation strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Review: Assess videos, comments, images, and links to ensure they comply with community guidelines, removing any inappropriate material
- Policy Enforcement: Monitor and enforce adherence to platform rules across all content types
- User Assistance: Handle user appeals, providing clear and concise explanations for moderation actions
- Compliance: Collaborate with your team to consistently meet regulatory requirements
- Trend Analysis: Identify user behavior patterns and emerging risks, refining moderation approaches accordingly
- Process Optimization: Share feedback to improve moderation tools and workflows
Requirements:
- Proficiency in German (C1/C2 level)
- Proficiency in English (B2 level)
- EU citizenship or a Portuguese residency card
- At least one year of experience in customer support
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication abilities
- Desire to learn and advance in the field
