Role Overview:
As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll handle customer inquiries and complaints through email and live chat, with no phone interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer queries via email with clear and prompt communication (no phone calls).
- Moderate user-generated content to ensure adherence to company policies and regulations.
- Detect and resolve potential scams or fraud, maintaining a secure online space.
- Log customer interactions and resolutions with accuracy.
- Work with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
- Provide accurate, complete information to customers using the right tools.
- Achieve personal and team support goals.
- Collaborate effectively with internal and client teams.
- Participate in training to enforce moderation policies accurately.
- Support various workflows, clients, and markets as needed.
Requirements:
- C2 level proficiency in German.
- B2 level proficiency in English.
- EU citizenship or Maltese Residency Card.
- 0-1 year experience in customer support.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow.
