Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional support through various channels: phone, live chat, email, and social media
- Assist with account setup, verification, login issues, financial queries, and technical concerns
- Serve as a trusted advisor, particularly for clients in the sports sector
- Respond promptly to customer questions, concerns, and feedback
- Foster strong client relationships through clear and effective communication
- Uphold service excellence while adhering to company policies
- Suggest improvements to enhance processes and customer experiences
Requirements:
- Fluent in German (C2 level)
- Fluent in English (B2 level)
- EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
- 0-1 year experience in customer support
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow
