Role Overview:
As a Content Moderator, you will review user-generated content to ensure alignment with platform guidelines. Your role involves enforcing content standards, addressing user concerns, and collaborating with your team to uphold a positive and secure online environment. Staying informed about emerging trends will also be key to refining moderation strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Review: Evaluate videos, images, comments, and links to ensure compliance with community standards and remove inappropriate material
- Policy Enforcement: Enforce platform rules across various content types
- User Support: Respond to user appeals with clear explanations for moderation decisions
- Regulatory Compliance: Collaborate with your team to meet all regulatory requirements
- Trend Monitoring: Analyze user behavior patterns and identify emerging risks to enhance moderation tactics
- Process Improvement: Provide feedback to optimize moderation tools and workflows
Requirements:
- Proficiency in German (B2/C1 level)
- Proficiency in English (B2 level)
- EU citizenship or a Portuguese residency card
- At least one year of experience in customer support
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication abilities
- Desire to learn and advance in the field
