About the Position:
As a Travel Agent, you’ll assist customers with planning and booking their travel experiences, providing expert advice, and ensuring every detail is perfect. Your strong communication and organizational skills will ensure a seamless experience for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with travel bookings, including flights, accommodations, and tours
- Provide tailored recommendations based on customer preferences and needs
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and efficiency
- Resolve booking issues and troubleshoot travel-related concerns
- Stay informed about travel trends, promotions, and regulations
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and bookings
Requirements:
- Proficiency in German (C2 level)
- Proficiency in English (B2 level)
- EU Citizenship or Greek residency card
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in call centers or support roles
- Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage tasks remotely
