Role Overview:
As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll handle customer inquiries across various channels—phone, chat, email, and social media—addressing account, technical, and financial concerns. Your contributions will help enhance customer satisfaction and drive improvements within our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding support through phone, chat, email, and social media
- Resolve issues related to account setup, verification, logins, financial matters, and technical support
- Act as a trusted advisor, particularly for clients in the sports industry
- Respond quickly to customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns
- Build strong, lasting client relationships through clear and effective communication
- Maintain service excellence while following company policies
- Suggest process improvements to enhance the customer experience
Requirements:
- Fluent in German (C2 level)
- Fluent in English (B2 level)
- EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
- 0-1 year experience in customer support
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow
