About the Position:
As a Travel Agent, you’ll guide clients through planning and booking their travel experiences, providing expert recommendations to ensure a smooth and enjoyable journey. Your strong communication and organizational skills will play a key role in delivering outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help clients book travel services such as flights, accommodations, and tours
- Offer tailored recommendations based on customer preferences
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, or chat professionally and promptly
- Resolve booking issues and address any travel-related concerns
- Stay informed on travel trends, deals, and regulations
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and bookings
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Croatian (C2 level)
- Proficiency in English (B2 level)
- EU Citizenship or Greek residency card
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in call centers or support roles
- Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage tasks remotely
