Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding support across phone, chat, email, and social media
- Assist customers with account setup, verification, logins, financial transactions, and technical issues
- Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring every interaction is positive and professional
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and with care
- Build strong customer relationships through clear and effective communication
- Maintain service quality while following internal policies
- Share ideas to improve processes and enhance the customer experience
Requirements:
- Fluent in Spanish (C2 level)
- Fluent in English (C1 level)
- EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
- 0-1 year experience in customer support
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow
