Role Overview:
In this role, you'll receive comprehensive training to assist customers across multiple channels, including phone, chat, email, and social media. Whether helping with bookings, resolving inquiries, or ensuring a smooth travel experience, you’ll play a key role in providing outstanding support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, chat, and social media
- Assist passengers with flight bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling
- Handle baggage inquiries, refunds, and travel documentation support
- Troubleshoot check-in and boarding issues to ensure smooth travel
- Offer guidance on travel policies, visa requirements, and airline regulations
- Work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions provided
- Stay updated on airline promotions, policies, and travel industry trends
- Engage in continuous training and skill development for career growth
Requirements:
- Fluent in Italian (C2 level)
- Fluent in English (C1 level)
- EU citizenship or Maltese Residency Card
- 0-1 year experience in customer support
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow
