About the position
We are looking for german speakers to work as customer service representatives in lisbon.
Responsibilities:
Assist customers via phone, email, and chat in German.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and professional support.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues.
Stay informed about product updates and company policies.
Requirements:
Native or fluent German speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in English is a plus.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
