Job Summary:
Our client, a reputable company in the logistics industry, is seeking a highly skilled HR Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping company culture, driving employee engagement, and ensuring HR operations align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with the companys goals.
- Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of top talent.
- Manage performance appraisal processes and provide coaching for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
- Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and other compensation matters.
- Develop and execute training and development programs to enhance employee performance.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Maintain accurate HR records and reports for decision-making.
Requirements:
- Minimum of four years of experience in Human Resource Management.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in the logistics industry is an added advantage.
