About the Role:
Our client, a leading player in the agricultural manufacturing and FMCG sector, is seeking a Procurement Manager to oversee procurement operations. This role focuses on managing indirect material categories, optimizing processes, and ensuring cost-effective procurement strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee procurement for categories including Technical Services, AGO, Fleet, Safety, Marketing, Facility, and HR services.
- Develop and implement effective procurement strategies, processes, and controls.
- Utilize SAP systems to streamline procurement activities.
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships, negotiating favorable terms.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Requirements:
- 7-10 years of procurement experience in agricultural manufacturing or FMCG.
- Proven track record in managing indirect materials and process development.
- Strong SAP proficiency.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
Budget:11,000,000 pa gross
