- Review and moderate user-generated content in German, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Identify and report inappropriate or sensitive content.
- Maintain clear communication with internal teams.
- Ensure high-quality service while meeting performance targets and deadlines.
Profile:
- Fluent in German (C2 level) with intermediate English (B1 level).
- Strong understanding of digital platforms and online content.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle repetitive tasks and follow strict guidelines.
- Motivated to gain international work experience.
