Position Overview

This role puts you at the forefront of New Product Introduction (NPI), where your metrology expertise will ensure flawless execution from concept through production. With a focus on Calypso programming, youll develop cutting-edge measurement processes, contribute to quality assurance, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

• Program and optimize CMM systems using Calypso software to meet rigorous quality standards.
• Perform detailed dimensional inspections to validate components and assemblies.
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to establish and maintain measurement protocols.
• Analyze inspection data and provide actionable insights to enhance product quality.
• Address metrology challenges during product launches, ensuring seamless integration.
• Develop and refine procedures to improve measurement efficiency and reliability.
• Maintain, calibrate, and select appropriate metrology equipment to support production needs.
• Mentor and train team members on metrology techniques and technologies.

Recommended Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in CMM programming, with advanced proficiency in Calypso.
• Comprehensive understanding of GD&T, dimensional metrology, and inspection methodologies.
• Experience in New Product Introduction or similar manufacturing environments.
