Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join a well-established specialty contracting company. In this fully on-site role at our Hudson, MA facility, you will oversee and coordinate daily office and field operations to ensure efficient project delivery, strong team support, and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations across office administration, field technicians, and
shop/warehouse functions - Supervise and support staff in customer service, scheduling, and field leadership roles
- Monitor and review scheduling to optimize routes and ensure rapid responsiveness

Manage procurement and inventory for active and upcoming projects

Resolve customer escalations and maintain a high level of service quality

Assist with workflow planning, job readiness checks, and dispatch coordination

Step in to support deliveries, materials handling, or shop operations as needed

Ensure safety, compliance, and operational consistency across all departments
- Review job estimates and service quotes for accuracy and alignment with project scope

Coordinate daily preparation to maximize technician efficiency
Must-Have Qualifications

Proven supervisory or leadership experience in trades, construction, or residential/commercial service industries

Hands-on familiarity with office and field operations in a contracting environment

Ability to lift and move up to 70 lbs as needed

Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
