Customer Service Home Appliances (Italian Speaker)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Start Date: 12 June 2025

Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 7:0019:00 (rotational shifts)

Days Off: Sunday + 1 rotational day

Work Model: On-site

Contract: CDD, 6 months

Base Salary: 1,000 gross per month x 14 months
Performance Bonus: 100 per month x 12 months
Welcome Bonus: 1,000 (paid in 4 instalments; <6% absenteeism condition applies)
Meal Allowance: 7.23 per working day
Transport Allowance: 20 per month
Health Insurance: From day 1 (free after 6 months; contribution required initially)

Paid in 4 equal instalments:

Condition: Maintain less than 6% absenteeism.

Airfare Reimbursement: Up to 400 (economy), paid at end of 6th month
Shared Accommodation: Room in shared apartment for up to 12 months, rent 280/month (utilities included, deducted from payslip)

Fluent Italian speaker
EU ID, Residence Card, Manifestação de Interesse, or Visa (under consultation)
Customer service skills and willingness to work on-site in Lisbon
