Operations Assistant (Wholesale cars/Class 3)

About the position
Responsibilities:
- For wholesale cars trade in, manage movement, locations.
- Fuel refilling (at minimum) if fuel gauge is too low to be driven.
- Updates on wholesale car locations.
- Support the smooth and efficient operation of parking, drivers.
- Co-ordinate with wholesale operation and admin team on wholesale car movement
- Co-ordinate with appraisal team for any missing items.
- Assist in stock take, any audit requirements, renewals, if needed
- Maintain accuracy of vehicle locations updates
- Ensure accurate number plates ordering
Requirements:
- Class 3 driving licence is
mandatory
- Related working experience with good driving record
- 2 positions available
- Working locations at Alexandra, working time: 8.30am - 5.30pm Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 12.30pm Alt Sat
- 1 year contract with full benefits including annual leave, medical benefits + completion bonus
