Job Summary:
We are looking for dynamic and driven Sales Associates to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving revenue by engaging with potential clients, building relationships, and providing solutions that align with our offerings. This position is ideal for individuals with a background in sales, particularly those with experience or interest in the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective customers to present and promote company products and services
- Achieve assigned sales targets through effective lead generation, customer engagement, and follow-through
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and market trends
- Prepare and submit sales reports as required
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in any field
- 6 months to 1 year of sales experience (preferred)
- Experience in the financial services industry is an advantage
