Junior Android Developer

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Android Developer to join our mobile team.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the design and development of Android applications using Kotlin (or Java).
Collaborate with designers, developers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features.
Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews.
Debug and fix bugs, optimise app performance, and improve user experience.
Learn and apply mobile development best practices, architecture patterns, and tools.
Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and other Agile development processes.
Stay updated with new Android development trends, tools, and technologies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Basic knowledge of Android SDK and Kotlin/Java.
Familiarity with Android Studio and Gradle.
Understanding of basic mobile UI/UX principles.
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to learn, take feedback, and continuously improve.
