About the position
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Ops Task Manager to lead the planning and coordination of high-impact network and datacenter projects. You will be responsible for creating and executing detailed delivery plans, managing resources, and ensuring timely completion of key operational initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage execution plans with clearly sequenced activities and milestones

Assist in scoping resource requirements (time, budget, equipment) for project delivery

Track project schedules, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure adherence to timelines
-
Proactively identify and escalate risks to minimize delivery disruptions
-
Coordinate across technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to maintain alignment
-
Document activities and provide regular internal and external status updates
-
Liaise with vendors to ensure deliverables meet expectations
-
Flexibility to work outside regular business hours when required
What Were Looking For:
-
7+ years of experience in Voice/Data Network Technologies and Datacenter buildouts
-
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational and planning skills
-
Exceptional communication skills, able to translate technical details into business language
-
Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail
-
Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a consultative mindset
-
Ability to work independently in dynamic environments and meet tight deadlines
