About the Role
Join our multilingual CS team supporting customers mainly via email & chat (95%). Bring your German (C1) and English (B2+) skills to a dynamic, supportive environment. Students are welcome! Training and nesting are provided before you go live.
Your Schedule
- Choose your shift:
- 10:0019:00
- 12:0021:00 (late shift)
- 17:0002:00 (night shift)
- Part-time options available.
- Work days: Monday to Sunday (rotational, shift-based)
- Training: 2 weeks (standard working hours)
- Nesting: 1 week (full-time) or 2 weeks (students, 17:0001:00)
- Night shifts: Extra compensation + transport included
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: 3,800 BGN gross/month
- Monthly allowance: 50 BGN net for transport/internet
- Night work: Premium pay as per policy
- Special occasion bonus: 500 BGN for marriage, childbirth/adoption, university graduation

Relocation Support
- Travel reimbursement: Up to 490 BGN after 6 months (with valid documents; no advance notice)

- Hotel booking: Provided notify the recruiter if changes/deviations
- Relocation brochure: Available upon request
Who Can Apply
- Accepted documents: Long-term EU residence card (valid 1+ year), EU citizenship, refugee card
- Not accepted: Work permit, blue card
