Compensation: $15 per hour + potential commission
Schedule: Fully flexible morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts available

What You'll Do:

Be the frontline ambassador of Rumblegreet guests with energy and professionalism

Drive membership sales, renewals, and retail purchases through authentic, knowledgeable conversations

Deliver exceptional customer service that creates lasting impressions

Support day-to-day studio operations including front desk duties, scheduling, and cleanliness

Work collaboratively with instructors and team members to create a dynamic studio experience
What Were Looking For:

A people person with a positive attitude and an eagerness to connect

Someone goal-oriented and self-motivateddriven by both teamwork and personal success

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Prior fitness, hospitality, or sales experience is a plusbut not required
