Role Overview:
As a Sales and Marketing Specialist, you’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of small business clients, identifying new growth opportunities, and delivering tailored strategies to support their success. Your mission will be to deepen partnerships, maximize revenue, and maintain top-tier client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage proactively with existing and prospective clients to unlock sales potential
- Provide customized solutions aligned with each client’s business goals
- Grow and manage a strong portfolio of small business customers
- Track industry trends and offer strategic marketing insights
- Analyze performance metrics and suggest process enhancements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service and support
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Dutch (C2 level)
- Fluent in English (C1 level)
- Minimum of one year of experience in Sales or/and Marketing
- EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Passionate about marketing, technology, and online advertising
- Eager to learn and grow within the industry
