Customer Service Executive (Marine)

About the position

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with your line manager to devise and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze competitor activities to gather market intelligence, share insights internally, and align offerings with customer expectations and changing market trends.
  • Organize and conduct regular customer visits, compile visit reports, and relay client feedback to refine commercial strategies.
  • Keep customer data accurate and up to date in Salesforce CRM, particularly regarding installed equipment or services.
  • Support the finance team in following up on outstanding payments as needed.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A bachelors degree in Engineering, Marine Studies, or Business
  • 3 to 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the Marine or Offshore industry
  • Proficiency in Englishboth written and spoken
