Position Overview: The Project Manager will report to the VP of Operations or Senior Project Manager, as directed. This role is responsible for coordinating and managing projects to ensure successful completion in terms of safety, quality, budget, and schedule, while maintaining fair profit margins. The Project Manager will oversee project activities, provide leadership, and handle additional tasks as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all project-related activities.
- Manage projects to ensure they are completed safely, professionally, on time, within budget, and with a fair profit margin.
- Oversee or supervise project activities and ensure compliance with all standards and regulations.
- Take a leadership role within the company and across project teams.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support project success.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Extensive knowledge of all construction phases.
- Expertise in scheduling complex projects.
- Ability to identify and resolve changes and discrepancies in project plans and timelines.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide project teams effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Construction, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction industry, with significant experience in project management.
