Job Title: Field Service Coordinator
Location: Omaha, NE (Hybrid After Training)
Salary: $55,000 $76,000 per year + Bonus
Job Type: Full-time

About the Role

We're hiring a Field Service Coordinator to support service operations across the Americas. You'll manage project logistics, customer communication, job quotes, and scheduling, helping ensure on-time, quality service.

Key Responsibilities

  •   Coordinate schedules and logistics for service technicians and subcontractors.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotes, orders, and service documentation

  • Communicate with customers by phone and email

  • Track project progress and maintain records in CRM

  • Process purchase orders, job sheets, and invoices

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • Background in construction, plumbing, HVAC, or service coordination is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • CRM and blueprint-reading experience is a plus.
