Salary: $75,000 $85,000 per year (based on experience)

Shifts Available: 2nd Shift & 3rd Shift

About the Role

We're seeking experienced Production Supervisors to lead our 2nd or 3rd shift manufacturing teams in Waterloo. In this hands-on role, you'll oversee production workflows, coach team members, ensure safety compliance, and maintain quality standards. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production operations and shift personnel
• Schedule, assign, and monitor work to meet production goals
• Spend approximately 50% of your time on the production floor in a hands-on capacity
• Train, coach, and evaluate team members for performance and development
• Ensure quality control and resolve issues as they arise
• Monitor workflow, resources, and materials to ensure optimal efficiency
• Promote and enforce safety protocols and company policies
• Maintain shift reports and analyze performance data
• Foster collaboration across departments to meet production targets
• Support continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or team leadership experience
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
• Effective leadership and communication skills
• Ability to problem-solve and resolve functional issues in real-time
• Basic computer skills; Microsoft Office familiarity preferred
• Valid driver's license required
• Must be able to work 2nd or 3rd shift
