Position Summary
The Data Entry Operator will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in various company systems and databases. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Accurately input and update information into databases, spreadsheets, and company systems

Verify data for accuracy and completeness

Maintain data integrity and ensure proper organization

Review and correct errors in data entries as necessary

Perform regular data backups to ensure data preservation

Generate routine and ad hoc reports from entered data

Coordinate with team members to ensure consistency and quality of information

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the department
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer or administrative training is a plus

Proven experience as a data entry operator or similar position

Excellent typing skills and attention to detail

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and data entry software

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Good organizational and time management skills
