Floor Supervisor (Turkish) - Sırbistan Ofisi için - Vize Sağlanacaktır

Position: Floor Supervisor

Location: Belgrade, Serbia

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses (including accommodation)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Quickly identify and resolve any game or staff-related incidents to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Foster effective communication and teamwork with Floor Supervisors, OCR Team, Workforce Team, and other departments.
Ensure the operational quality and safety of the studio by inspecting equipment and identifying potential issues.
Conduct regular checks to ensure dealers and shufflers are present during their designated shifts and maintain accurate attendance records.
Monitor and assess staff appearance, ensuring adherence to the established dress code.
Oversee game presenters and shufflers activities, ensuring smooth game rotations and compliance with company standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

Native or fluent in Turkish (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication, as well as English fluency (B2).
Previous experience in the iGaming industry or Live Casino is a plus.
Comprehensive understanding of Blackjack and basic knowledge of casino equipment-related procedures.
Availability to work shifts.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Conflict management abilities.
Excellent time management skills.
