About the position
- Providing support to the department to ensure that quotations, service reports and correspondence are promptly processed and dispatched.
- Assisting the service department to follow-up on all service activities.
- Planning technicians work schedule.
- Processing and ensuring that all inquiries are answered promptly.
- Review of documentations and inspections schedules
- Alternating responsible of the 24 Hours Service Line
- Completion of all necessary transaction in SAP and other Operating Systems per the manual
- Create and issue invoice for all customers both subsidiaries and ad hoc customers
- Report non-conformities and assist with corrective actions
- Liaise with customer & supplier/vendors
- Handling & planning manpower to all jobs and other departments request.
