French Customer Service Representative – Portugal
Are you a French speaker looking for an exciting international opportunity? We are hiring French Customer Service Representatives to join a global company in Portugal. This is your chance to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment while developing your customer service skills!
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Provide support with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

Requirements:
️ Fluent French (C1/C2)
️ Good English communication skills (B2)
️ Strong problem-solving and communication skills
️ Willingness to relocate in Portugal
️ EU passport required (no sponsorship available)
️ Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory
