Overview

TalentFish is casting a line for an SVP, Information SecOps! This is a Direct Hire role in

Rosemont, IL, with a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office).

This executive leadership role exists to guide and mature the information security

operations strategy across multiple specialized teams, including Security Operations, Threat

Intelligence, and Data Loss Prevention. Reporting to the Deputy Chief Information Security

Officer (Deputy CISO), this position plays a key role in aligning security operations with

enterprise risk management, regulatory compliance, and technology innovation.

What You Bring to the Role (Ideal Experience)

• 10+ years of progressive experience in security operations.
• Proven success in developing and scaling security operations programs in complex environments.
• Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional security teams.
• Deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks related to Information Security and Technology.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with senior IT and business leaders.
• Exceptional communication skills, including experience preparing and presenting materials for executive and board-level audiences.

What You'll Do (Skills Used in this Position)

• Lead the strategic development and operational oversight of the Security Operations
• Center, Fusion Center, and Data Loss Prevention programs.
• Develop, monitor, and enhance processes to ensure the effectiveness of security risk management.
• Interface with auditors, regulators, and board-level stakeholders, delivering transparency and accountability for all operational programs under your leadership.
• Support threat intelligence activities and guide the development of proactive and detective security solutions.
• Collaborate with IT, IS, and business leadership to assess and respond to enterprise security risks.
• Recommend and evaluate security products in partnership with the Deputy CISO.
• Build, monitor, and report on key performance metrics tied to security maturity and effectiveness.

Compensation Information

The expected salary range for this position is $190,000 - $240,000 per year, depending on

experience and qualifications. This role also qualifies for comprehensive benefits such as

health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off. TalentFish is committed to pay transparency
