Compensation
- Base Salary Range: $180,000 $250,000
- Equity: Meaningful equity offered

Responsibilities
- Turn customer needs into scalable frontend and backend systems
- Build features using agentic AI and prompt engineering
- Lead system architecture for signal processing and automation
- Optimize performance, UX, and AI-driven workflows
- Resolve bottlenecks and improve system efficiency
- Continuously enhance the codebase through experimentation and refactoring
- Mentor junior engineers and support design/code reviews
Must-have qualifications
- 3+ years of professional software development experience
- 3+ years of Python programming experience
- Strong CS fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, complexity)
- 2+ years of system design or architecture experience
- Experience with code reviews, version control, CI/CD, testing, deployment
- Excellent communication skills
- Bachelors degree in CS or equivalent experience
- Frontend-capable: able to contribute in React/Next.js
Preferred qualifications
- 5+ years of end-to-end SDLC and architecture experience
- Node.js proficiency in fullstack JavaScript environments
- Experience in early-stage, high-velocity product teams
- Prior work on 01 applications or agentic automation systems
Tech environment
- Languages & Frameworks: Python, Node.js, FastAPI, Next.js, React
- Data Storage: Postgres, ElasticSearch, ClickHouse, DuckDB, MotherDuck
- Infrastructure: Kubernetes, Docker, AWS (EKS, ECR)
- CI/CD: GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Vercel
- Monitoring: Datadog, Grafana
- Workflow Orchestration: Temporal.io
